Today we gave the pleasure to have Kavram on Goathead

GHR: Hey! Nice to have you here ! What inspired you to start writing music?

KT: My pleasure. I was discovering new artists on Instagram when I came across an artist named Dean Frost, now known as Mllos. He was making futuristic music with great visuals, and it inspired me. I thought, I can make future music too—this is so cool. That’s when I started releasing my own music.

GHR: Can you tell us more about your experience performing live at gigs? What was your most memorable experience?

KT: I create electronic music, so I don’t perform at gigs. But I have a great memory from my hometown when guests from all over the world were visiting. We were at a place called Hobbit House, designed entirely like a Hobbit home. There was a guitarist I had never met before, and we decided to play together. I went home, brought my guitar, and we started improvising. I played lead while he played rhythm. Even though we didn’t know each other, the music flowed perfectly. We were all enjoying the moment, and it remains one of my happiest memories.

GHR: How does your songwriting process work?

KT: I sit at my computer with no idea what I’m going to create. I start by composing a melody on the piano, then add drums, then orchestral elements. My process is completely improvisational—I never know what kind of music will come out.

GHR: What motivates you to create music and bring awareness to different situations through your songs?

KT: In Turkey, we’ve had the same government for 23 years, and people’s mindsets are regressing. I resist that. I want to wake people up, show them the beauty of science and physics, and remind them that we’re part of a vast universe. Music is the easiest way to reach people and raise awareness.

GHR: Could you share some insights into your next projects?

KT: I’m working on a new album called How Did the Universe Begin? Each song will present real physics theories in order. I’ll push my imagination to explore future technologies and scientific concepts through my music.
